Job Overview
CrossReach Trading Ltd. is seeking a skilled professional to join their team as an Autism Practitioner Leader. This role will involve working closely with children, families, and support agencies to promote inclusion, relational health, and advocacy.

In this position, you will be responsible for handling client records and financial management, supporting team development, and ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards. A key requirement for the role is experience in care or education, strong communication, planning, and reporting abilities, and a full driving license.

The estimated salary for this position is £**35,000-£45,000 per annum**, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, the role also attracts a sleepover allowance of **£58.50 per night** as required.

The ideal candidate will be registered with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) and hold or be working towards an HNC Social Care and SVQ Level 3. Desirable qualifications include Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP) Level 1.
