Job Title: Medical Device Sales Professional

About Us: Austin Fraser is a leading provider of medical technology innovation, dedicated to enhancing patient care and improving clinical outcomes through our advanced product offerings.

Salary: £10,000 new business bonus (uncapped) + £600 per month car allowance + fuel card = estimated annual salary: £65,000 - £85,000 (dependent on performance).

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Medical Device Sales Professional. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for strategically developing education-based clinical sales across multiple hospital departments within NHS accounts. Your primary focus will be on building lasting relationships and identifying new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategically map out the mechanics of each account and prospect across your territory.
  2. Complete 60% account development, 40% business development, using a range of methods (protecting our accounts is always our priority).
  3. Promote/differentiate our company via presentations, hospital trials, training, and education.
  4. Provide seamless sales support and customer service throughout the entire customer experience, including relevant training.
  5. Utilise existing client visits as networking opportunities.
  6. Closely manage sales targets and achieve desired results.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  1. Proven experience in sales within the medical devices sector, backed with tangible evidence of achievements.
  2. A strong understanding of medical technology products and their applications.
