Occupational Therapist for Children

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Children's Occupational Therapy service. The successful candidate will work alongside our experienced and supportive team to provide high-quality occupational therapy services to children with physical and developmental conditions.
Main Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of children with physical and developmental conditions, prioritizing their needs and providing individualized occupational therapy interventions.
- Work collaboratively with families, carers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for children.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the needs of children with neurodevelopmental and physical conditions, staying up-to-date with best practices and research.
- Contribute to the development of the service, including audit, training, and development of colleagues and students.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Experience working with children with physical and developmental conditions, preferably in a specialist setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with families, carers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain accurate records.
