Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Assistant to join our team at inomed Neurocare. As an Administrative Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Operations department, ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations team.

You will be responsible for processing Purchase Orders (PO), Sales Quotations, Sales Orders (SO), invoices and credit notes, ensuring accurate documentation and effective fulfilment of customer orders. You will also be responsible for organising deliveries and shipments, tracking orders and promptly resolving any issues and discrepancies.

As the main point of contact for customers, you will provide professional and courteous assistance, serving as a liaison between the customer and the Operations team. You will also assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, such as trade shows, conferences, webinars, or product launches.

Additionally, you will accurately enter data from various sources into our databases, ensuring high levels of speed and accuracy. You will contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering teamwork and open communication.

To succeed in this role, you will require prior experience in an operational role, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
