We are seeking a skilled Child Development Support Assistant to join our team at Horizon Care & Education. As a Residential Support Worker - Part-Time, you will play a vital role in supporting young people in daily life, including hobbies, social activities, and friendships.

About the Role
  • Assist with morning routines, such as getting ready for school and preparing breakfast.
  • Prepare evening meals and ensure a safe space for relaxation.
  • Help young people reach their potential and experience new opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a small team, delivering relationship-based care.

Salary: £28,500 - £32,500 per annum
