About the Role

CV-Library is recruiting a skilled healthcare professional to fill the position of Adult Health and Care Assessor.

Responsibilities:
  • Conducting thorough assessments of individuals with long-term health conditions or disabilities.
  • Evaluating the impact of these conditions on daily life and mobility.
Requirements:
  • A registered healthcare professional with at least 12 months of experience in a hands-on setting.
  • Active registration with NMC/HCPC/GPhC without restrictions.
  • A suitable workspace for remote work within their home setting.
