Job Title: Head of Revenue Development

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in London, United Kingdom. This role requires a proven leader who can develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, while ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and motivating teams to achieve ambitious sales targets.

They will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, monitoring and analyzing sales performance, and providing regular reports to senior management.

Additionally, they will conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, train and mentor sales staff, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales efforts.


Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
