Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Transformation Specialist to join our team at Aviva. As a key member of our Finance Change team, you will play a critical role in managing change activities and delivering new systems into our Financial Control Environment.

About the Role:

  • Ensure financial control is factored into the Finance elements of the build.
  • Work with the finance value stream to ensure finance requirements are understood and that the solution is fit for purpose for finance.
  • Deliver efficient and effective user acceptance testing, including billing, collections, and cash management.
  • Develop detailed knowledge of the new platform for finance functionality.
  • Support business readiness and training activities for a safe implementation into finance.
  • Support BAU as the new systems embed.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Experience of Financial Control Framework.
  • Knowledge of general insurance data flows for finance and finance data systems, or good knowledge of Health Care data and its uses.
  • Analytical, investigative, and collaborative approach, with the ability to make initial assessments and recommendations.
  • Strong stakeholder/relationship and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt current skills and experience to new areas, including the ability to think wider.
