The Role

Due to the introduction of Consumer Duty legislation by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), we are looking for a Client Review Administrator who will play a crucial role in meeting the Consumer Duty principles and outcomes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for updating client records on our back-office system following Annual Reviews and preparing Client Review Reports to document discussions between Advisers and clients.

As you develop in the role, there will be opportunities for progression within the business for the right individual.

You will receive initial training to learn the necessary processes and skills for the role, providing a solid foundation for a career in a financial services practice.

The Person

You must be able to demonstrate exceptional administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure while maintaining accuracy.

You should be a self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision, and possess good time management and planning skills.

IT proficiency in Microsoft 365, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, is essential. Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system is desirable but not required, as training will be provided.

You must be articulate, have excellent communication and comprehensive literacy skills, and ideally have experience in report-writing.

It is essential that you are a genuine person, confident in conversing respectfully with colleagues, clients, and third parties, and work with honesty, integrity, and discretion.

However, a keen willingness to learn and develop, with the ability to adapt to the changing landscape within the financial services sector, is more important.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
