We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Archiving Assistant to join our team on a 3-month fixed-term contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in administrative support, with a focus on archiving and document management.
About the Role:
- Provide high-quality archiving support to Managers and the Administration team
- Liaise with the Office Support Lead to arrange the collection of archiving materials
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements/procedures
Requirements and Skills:
- The ability to learn and develop knowledge of internal systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Reliability, enthusiasm, initiative, self-motivation, and integrity
- Previous client-facing administrative experience is desirable but not essential
- Superb attention to detail, proactive and driven nature, proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
