Archiving Assistant Role">

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Archiving Assistant to join our team on a 3-month fixed-term contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in administrative support, with a focus on archiving and document management.

About the Role:

  • Provide high-quality archiving support to Managers and the Administration team
  • Liaise with the Office Support Lead to arrange the collection of archiving materials
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational requirements/procedures

Requirements and Skills:

  • The ability to learn and develop knowledge of internal systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliability, enthusiasm, initiative, self-motivation, and integrity
  • Previous client-facing administrative experience is desirable but not essential
  • Superb attention to detail, proactive and driven nature, proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
