Job Title: Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our growing team in Walsall. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for accurately processing end-to-end payroll, managing multiple tasks under pressure, and maintaining comprehensive payroll records.

The ideal candidate will have excellent numerical, data entry, and record-keeping skills, as well as proficiency in Excel and IT systems/software. Knowledge of software packages such as Sage is also desirable.

Our client is a family-owned business specializing in the restoration and conservation of prestigious properties across the UK. They offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 (DOE) plus package.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Audit and reconcile payroll records
  2. Process end-to-end payroll, including partial-month payments and holiday entitlements
  3. Manage supplier invoices and ensure timely payment
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
