Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on a variety of equipment, including PPM and reactive maintenance, emergency lighting, sprinkler systems, lamp changing, AHU's & FCU's, cooling towers, and general building maintenance.
  • Diagnose faults and test, repair, and maintain equipment using the necessary tools in a safe and proper manner.
  • Observe, recognise, and report on machinery or component defects or symptoms of impending failure.
  • Service, adjust, and repair machinery and equipment using the necessary tools in a safe and proper manner.
Requirements:
  • 18th Edition qualification.
  • NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installations or City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installations.
  • Testing & Inspecting 2391 qualification.
  • Building maintenance experience.
  • Good understanding of Health and Safety principles.
  • Excellent client-facing skills.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a maintenance role.
