As a key member of our People Relations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth employee relations and maintaining compliance across multiple countries within the EMEA region.

Our company has experienced significant growth, and we have had the opportunity to collaborate with Re:work in building their EMEA ER team across multiple European locations. As part of this team, you will be instrumental in promoting a positive work environment, managing complex employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with employment law regulations across various European markets.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify, manage, and monitor risks while proposing improvements and mitigation strategies.
  • Lead and resolve complex employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary issues, grievances, and performance management concerns.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor in the employee experience, building fair and respectful people relations processes.
  • Partner with Legal to ensure policies and practices comply with applicable laws.
  • Ensure regulatory trainings are launched and tracked according to local requirements.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; a master's degree or law degree is a plus.
  • Strong employee/labour relations background with experience in handling EU work councils and union negotiations.
  • Proven ability to manage complex employment inquiries with discretion, diplomacy, and resolution skills.
  • Agile mindset, strong problem-solving ability, and openness to occasional travel.

This is a permanent role offering a hybrid working model with a competitive salary that ranges between £90,000 to £110,000. You will be collaborating with a dynamic team in a rapidly expanding global business.
