Learning Support Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in an alternative provision primary school in Salford.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support pupils in Key Stage One and Two, promoting engagement in the curriculum.
- Work closely with individual pupils, building positive relationships and providing additional support.
- Collaborate with the teaching faculty to ensure inclusive learning environments.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Teaching Assistant, working with SEN or SEMH in some capacity.
- A good knowledge and understanding of SEMH.
- Ability to work closely with pupils, parents, and teaching staff.
Benefits:
- £84+ per day through PAYE, paid weekly.
- Full-time role, Monday-Friday 8:30am – 3:30pm.
