Autism Education Support Assistant

Teaching Personnel is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to support pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) in a pleasant and supportive SEN primary school.
Responsibilities:
- Providing support and interventions to a small group of pupils with ASC.
- Offering one-to-one support to meet individual needs.
- Collaborating with the school's staff to create a nurturing learning environment, following each pupil's EHCP.
- Assisting with educational activities and promoting social interaction and independence.
Key Benefits:
- Competitive daily rate of £83.85+ per day, paid through PAYE with no umbrella company or agency fees.
- Full-time role, Monday to Friday, approximately 8:30am – 3:30pm.
- Weekly payments processed on timesheets.
Requirements:
- Passion for working with pupils with ASC.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in a similar role or relevant qualifications would be advantageous.
