Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team at an alternative provision primary school in Salford.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
  • Work closely with individual pupils to make a positive impact
  • Support pupils' engagement in the curriculum, particularly in Key Stage One and Two
  • Collaborate with the teaching staff to develop and implement effective support strategies

What We Offer:

  • A competitive daily rate of £84+ through PAYE, paid weekly
  • A full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm
  • The opportunity to work closely with pupils and make a difference in their lives

Requirements:

Applicants must have experience working with SEN or SEMH pupils, preferably in a primary school setting. A good understanding of SEMH is essential, and psychology graduates are encouraged to apply. All applicants will require the necessary qualifications and training for this role.
