Care Support Specialist

Estimated Salary:£22,425 - £22,425 per annum.
This role is ideal for individuals who want to make a positive impact on people's lives. As a Care Support Specialist, you will be working with individuals who have learning disabilities, autism, or mental health conditions.
You will be responsible for assisting individuals with their personal care needs, medication administration, and participating in daily activities, hobbies, or outings. You will also be expected to follow care plan guidance and company policies.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be patient, reliable, flexible, team-oriented, and an effective communicator. You will work closely with colleagues to develop open and honest working relationships and maintain accurate records.
