Job Description:
As a Care Assistant with Bluebird Care, you will be responsible for providing personal care duties, administering medication, and promoting customer health and well-being. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored support to help them achieve their goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need good problem-solving skills, a caring and considerate approach, and the ability to work independently. Healthcare experience is preferred, but not essential.
