Voyage Care is a leading provider of specialist support services. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with acquired brain injury, autism, and complex needs.
Our residential service in Clowne, Chesterfield offers a welcoming environment where you can make a real difference to someone's life. With a focus on independence, confidence, and growth, our Support Workers help individuals achieve their goals and aspirations.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, and complex needs. You will also hold a full UK driving license and be able to commit to a temporary induction at our neighbouring service in Bolsover before joining our new service.
We offer a competitive salary of £11.45 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and enhanced evening and weekend pay. Our benefits package includes funded Blue Light Card, 24/7/365 doctor line, cash plans, and long service awards.
