About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our People Team at PeoplePlus. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our Resourcing function, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the Resourcing function, including recruitment, onboarding, and HR systems management.
  • Support the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and processes.
  • Collaborate with the People Team to ensure effective communication and coordination across the organization.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and data, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in an administration support role, preferably in a recruitment or HR environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and software, including recruitment platforms and HR information systems.
  • A Level 3 CIPD qualification or equivalent, or a willingness to pursue this qualification.
