Production Standards Manager

Job Description:
- Ensure BRC and quality compliance throughout production
- Manage the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Manage the HACCP system
- Line management & training
- Advising on relevant legislation, food safety issues, legislative, scientific and technical developments and Industry Codes of Practice
- Co-ordinate internal and supplier audits
- To ensure that all technical specifications for suppliers, customers and internal use are current and logged correctly
- Leading meetings regarding Supplier Performance Reviews
- Identify Corrective / Preventive actions & Continuous Improvements
- Manage Supplier approval
About You:
We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in a Technical Management leadership role within the Food Manufacturing industry. Key skills include experience in HACCP & process management, internal and 3rd party auditing. If you have the required skill set and experience as a Technical Manager in the food industry, we would love to hear from you.
