About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Diversity and Inclusion Manager - Part Time Role to join our team. As a Regional Leader, you will play a key role in transforming our retail stores and connecting for good.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing Retail Business Consultants in stores, delivering profit and loss performance, and developing strategies for commercial and behavioral KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop Retail Business Consultants in stores.
  • Deliver profit and loss performance.
  • Develop strategies for commercial and behavioral KPIs.
  • Create bespoke retail experiences for varying customer needs.
  • Drive a high-performing culture.
  • Monitor, manage, and optimise costs and resources.

In return, we offer an estimated salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including online GP, market-leading carer's leave, family leave, and discounts on EE & BT products.
