You will play a pivotal role in supporting the Director of Estates and Facilities across a wide range of estates and facilities matters. In this capacity, you will line manage and support the Business Support Team to ensure the smooth operation of the Estates & Facilities office and support the wider facilities and property services teams.
This role requires substantial PA and administrative experience, including first-class MS Office Suite and SharePoint skills. You will also have experience in servicing committees, minute-taking, and agendas, as well as preparing presentations and supervising a small business support team.
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or have equivalent experience, with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, and first-class IT skills. You will have a proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
