About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CEO Communications Lead to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our communications team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing a comprehensive communications strategy that showcases our CEO's vision and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine the CEO's personal brand by crafting compelling narratives, key messages, and talking points that showcase their expertise, vision, and values.
  • Partner with global external communications team to proactively seek opportunities for media interviews, press releases, and thought leadership articles to enhance the CEO's visibility and influence.
  • Work closely with the colleague communications team to align the CEO's messages with the broader company communications strategy.
  • Own the CEO's digital presence, including their LinkedIn profile, to maintain a strong and consistent online identity.
  • Collaborate with the Investor Relations team to provide communication support for quarterly earnings calls, shareholder meetings, and other investor-related events.
  • Coordinate and manage speaking engagements for the CEO, ensuring maximum exposure and impact.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and challenges relevant to the CEO's communication strategy.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of communication efforts and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar executive communications role, preferably within the real estate, finance, or corporate sectors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to craft compelling messages and stories.
  • Strong media relations skills and a track record of successful media placements.
  • Proficiency in utilizing social media platforms for executive branding and communication purposes.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior executives.
  • A strategic thinker with a proactive and creative approach to problem-solving.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in dealing with confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of the corporate real estate and related market dynamics.
