About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Support Specialist to support our CEO in managing their daily activities and administrative tasks. As the Executive Support Specialist to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the CEO's time is maximized, coordinating meetings and travel, and handling important communications. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and innovative company with a mission to make a positive impact on people's lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel coordination, and communication with stakeholders
  • Manage and maintain the CEO's schedule, ensuring timely and efficient use of their time
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CEO
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and colleagues
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in executive support and administration

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Support Specialist or Personal Assistant supporting C-level executives
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experienced with Zoom meeting platform
  • Experience with calendar management and meeting coordination
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude
