Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in Norwich. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in the ongoing growth of our business through the provision of staffing to clients focused on quality, continuity and reliability of their supplier chain.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for business development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team and autonomously. You will be responsible for managing sales leads, providing exceptional customer service, and building relationships with clients and candidates.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as primary client contact, recording expectations and facilitating communication.
  • Proactively pursue new business opportunities and manage sales leads.
  • Provide clear guidance on shift terms to candidates and clients.
  • Collaborate with commercial team to understand and communicate business offerings.
  • Meet/exceed set targets, including financial goals, and report to Branch Manager.
  • Maintain accurate records of workers, clients, and service users.

Requirements:

  • A full UK driving license is essential.
  • A confident telephone manner.
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal; strong attention to detail.
  • Must be self-motivated, working as part of a team and autonomously.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role advantageous.
