Job Description:

We are delighted to be supporting our longstanding client, a leading legal services provider, in their search for a Senior Legal Counsel to join their team. As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and guidance to the business, with a focus on contract law, commercial law, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance to the business on contract law, commercial law, and business operations
  • Develop and implement legal strategies to support business growth and expansion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Supervise and mentor junior lawyers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations and provide guidance to the business on how to comply

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with a strong background in contract law and commercial law
  • Proven track record of providing expert legal advice and guidance to businesses
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
