Hill Dickinson is seeking an experienced Legal Director to join our Tier 1 Real Estate Litigation Team in Liverpool. As a key member of our team, you will lead on complex tenant and landlord disputes in the retail sector, working closely with our clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.

About the Role:

As a Legal Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading client meetings and providing strategic advice on complex property litigation matters
  • Delegating work to junior fee earners and ensuring they are fully resourced and working to capacity
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Contributing to the growth and development of the Real Estate Litigation team

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Clear and demonstrable experience in the retail L&T sector, acting for multi-occupiers
  • Experience of handling complex property litigation matters to trial as a supervising partner/director and case handler
  • Excellent Business Development and Marketing skills
  • A successful record at a similarly well-regarded firm to Hill Dickinson, with a strong following and the ability to maintain and grow their client base
