About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join our team at Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment. As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice to our clients, with a focus on contract law, consumer law, data protection, IP, and competition law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice to clients on contract law, consumer law, data protection, IP, and competition law
  • Develop and implement legal strategies to support business growth and expansion
  • Supervise junior solicitors and provide guidance and support as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Legal Counsel or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, consumer law, data protection, IP, and competition law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
