About the Company

We are recruiting for a world-leading manufacturing company based in Crewkerne who are currently seeking an exceptional Contracts Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating effective communication and support between customers and internal teams.

The company offers a competitive salary package, including £30,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits, and a 38-hour working week from Monday to Friday. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Contracts Administrator to join a dynamic team and contribute to the company's success.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing purchase orders and sales orders
  • Maintaining up-to-date and accurate information on the ERP system
  • Collaborating with the Engineering, Production, and Warehouse teams to ensure on-time order fulfilment
  • Serving as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, effectively liaising with internal teams to resolve issues
  • Providing regular updates to customers, proactively addressing and resolving any queries or concerns
  • Maintaining detailed and up-to-date records
  • Supporting internal teams by producing reports and providing current information

The ideal candidate will be flexible, adaptable, and have a 'can-do' attitude towards learning new skills. Prior experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Sage, etc.) and knowledge of logistics and supply chain management processes are essential requirements.
