Job Description

**Technical Support Engineer Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Enterprise Recruitment Ltd. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing second-line support to external distributors and customer service engineers for cutting-edge control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to engineers in the field via remote assistance and troubleshooting.
  • Investigate faults in returned goods and collaborate with the software team to resolve issues.
  • Assist with product testing before release to ensure products meet their requirements.
  • Work with the software team to take products from initial concept through to delivery.

Requirements:

  • Solid IT skills and technical problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ideal candidate will have a driving license or be willing to learn.

Desirable Skills:

  • IT support or helpdesk experience.
