Community Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Community Nurse to join our team in Lancaster. As a Community Nurse, you will be working closely with patients, families, and carers to provide high-quality care and support in the community.

- Contribute to the development and implementation of community-based care initiatives.
- Registered Nurse with a valid UK nursing license.
- Experience in community nursing or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
