Palliative Care Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our bank staff at St John's Hospice. As a bank Registered Nurse, you will provide skilled nursing care for patients with palliative and end of life care needs and their families within our Community Team and Inpatient Unit.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality nursing care for patients with palliative and end of life care needs
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care
- Ensure all mandatory training requirements are up-to-date
- Commit to work at least 1 shift every 3 months
- Registered Nurse qualification
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle during working hours (for Community Services role)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- NHS Pension Scheme available subject to availability criteria
