About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering skilled nursing care to patients in our Community Services and Inpatient Unit. You will work as part of our multidisciplinary team to provide symptom management and end of life care to patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide skilled nursing care to patients with palliative and end of life needs
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
- Ensure all mandatory training requirements are up-to-date
- Commit to work at least 1 shift every 3 months
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a full UK driving license and have access to a vehicle during working hours (not required for a role within the Inpatient Unit). You will also need to be committed to providing high-quality care and working as part of a team.
