Job Title: Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join their team in Lancaster, within the Rapid Intensive Treatment Team.

Job Summary:

This is a locum opportunity for a Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting risk assessments, and managing caseloads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct risk assessments in the community
  • Develop and implement care plans
  • Lead shifts and manage teams
  • Conduct gatekeeping assessments
  • Manage caseloads and prioritize tasks
  • Attend multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Conduct capacity assessments and medication administration
  • Monitor mental and physical health
  • Provide carer support and signposting
Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent in Mental Health Nursing
  • Proven experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse
  • Valid NMC Registration
  • Experience in a RITT team or CMHT would be an advantage
