About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Opiate Recovery Worker to join our multidisciplinary team at Turning Point. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals struggling with addiction and substance misuse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide assessments, treatment, and psychosocial interventions to clients
  • Develop and maintain regular contact with clients, offering advice, information, and support
  • Work closely with clinical staff, partner agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care
  • Manage a caseload of clients, prioritizing their needs and providing tailored support

Requirements

  • Substantial knowledge and/or experience of working with individuals struggling with addiction and substance misuse
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work dynamically and adapt to changing situations
  • Commitment to Turning Point values and principles
