Clinical Lead Community Psychiatrist

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Clinical Lead to join our team at the Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board. As a key member of our community mental health team, you will play a crucial role in managing, appraising and giving professional supervision to junior medical staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing competences under the Modernising Medical Careers framework
- Managing and supervising junior medical staff
Requirements:
- MB BS or equivalent medical qualification
- Qualification or higher degree in medical education, clinical research or management
- Evidence of training in the core and specialist competencies for community psychiatry
