Overview:
Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is seeking an experienced clinical lead psychiatrist to join our team. As a key member of our management structure, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our services and ensuring that we continue to deliver high-quality patient care.

Salary: £85,000 - £105,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.

About the Role:
This is a senior leadership position, requiring a highly skilled and experienced individual who can provide strategic direction and operational management of our community psychiatric services. You will be responsible for managing a team of clinicians, overseeing the delivery of care and services, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Health Board policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
