Optometrist Community Specialist

Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will have expertise in eye examination and management, with excellent communication skills to engage with patients from diverse backgrounds. The role involves working collaboratively with the store team to provide high-quality patient care.
What We Offer- Competitive salary up to £60,000 depending on experience, plus a joining bonus of up to £10,000 after successful completion of probation.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including full or part-time working patterns available, enrollment in store profit share scheme, support with registration to NHS Wales, and fully funded WECS training if required.
- Professional fees paid, pension contribution, private health cover, holiday allowance of 33 days per year, and free parking.
