Community Psychiatry Lead

We are seeking an exceptional Adult Psychiatry Consultant to join our team as a Community Psychiatry Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to deliver high-quality mental health services to patients in a community setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery
* Provide clinical supervision and leadership to junior staff members
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions

Requirements:
* MB BS or equivalent medical qualification
* Qualification or higher degree in medical education, clinical research, or management
