About The Role:

Castlefield Recruitment is seeking a skilled Stock Condition Surveyor to join our client's team. As a Stock Condition Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in planning future investments based on historical survey data, repairs, maintenance work, and improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement planned investment programmes to optimize property condition and value
  • Collaborate with Asset Evaluation Surveyors to identify areas for improvement and contribute to strategic decision-making
  • Communicate with stakeholders, including residents and operations teams, to explain proposed investment decisions and address concerns
  • Share property condition information with colleagues to identify recurring issues and support joint maintenance efforts
  • Prepare statistics, reports, and other relevant documentation to inform investment decisions

Requirements:

  • HND / HNC or equivalent qualification in Building or Construction (essential)
  • Progress towards MRICS or MCIOB accreditation (desirable)
  • Background in building, building services, or retirement housing (desirable)
  • Strong data handling and analytical skills
