We are seeking an experienced and dedicated senior nursing professional to join our team at Airthrey Care Home in Scotland.
About the Role- Oversee the delivery of high-quality care services and lead by example.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, leveraging excellent communication skills.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Current registration with the NMC (RMN / RGN).
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and care standards.
- Hourly rate: £37.00 + overtime rates.
- Annual leave pro rata: 30 days.
- Ongoing professional development investment.
- Pension scheme and company sick pay available.
- Refer a friend bonus scheme (up to £1,000).
Airthrey Care Home is a purpose-built facility providing tailored nursing care for seniors and individuals with dementia and other health conditions.
