Nurse Job in Stirling - Excellent Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team in Stirling.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a Registered Nurse or Mental Health Nurse looking for a challenging and rewarding role in the NHS.

About the Role

As a Staff Nurse, you will work collaboratively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and promote independence and dignity.

You will also lead and mentor colleagues, acting as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.

Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care to residents and their families.
  • Mentor and support colleagues in their professional development.
  • Recognise and report signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Role model professional behaviours and values.
