We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team in Stirling.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a Registered Nurse or Mental Health Nurse looking for a challenging and rewarding role in the NHS.
About the RoleAs a Staff Nurse, you will work collaboratively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and promote independence and dignity.
You will also lead and mentor colleagues, acting as a practice supervisor and assessor to students.
Responsibilities- Provide person-centred care to residents and their families.
- Mentor and support colleagues in their professional development.
- Recognise and report signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Role model professional behaviours and values.
- An estimated annual salary of £49,489, based on location and experience.
- Paid NMC PIN renewal.
