At Meallmore, we're seeking skilled Registered Nurses to join our team at Airthrey Care Home, a purpose-built care facility located in Airth, near Falkirk and Stirling. As a Registered Nurse with Meallmore, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, leveraging your expertise to ensure the highest standards of clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, ensuring seamless delivery of care and services during your shifts
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, developing personalized care plans that address the unique needs of each resident
  • Mentor and guide your colleagues, promoting best practices and continuous learning within the team

To be successful in this role, you'll require:

  • A current registration with the NMC (RMN / RGN)
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills
  • Prior experience as a team leader is desirable, but not mandatory
  • A deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry standards
