About the Role

We are seeking individuals who can volunteer at least 6 hours per week between 07:00 and 21:00, Monday to Sunday, at Wray Park in Reigate. Your role will involve assisting with various activities, including conducting enquiries, gathering and reviewing evidence, obtaining witness statements, and responding to queries regarding investigations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting thorough and accurate enquiries
  • Gathering and reviewing relevant evidence
  • Obtaining witness statements in a professional manner
  • Providing timely updates and responses to queries
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team. Previous experience with Microsoft Office programs and police incident recording systems, such as Niche, is highly beneficial.

  • Previous policing experience or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to learn and develop new skills
