Reward Specialist

Dalton Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Reward Analyst to join their team and play a pivotal role in developing, managing, and administering a robust compensation and benefits policy.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the company in developing and implementing a compensation and benefits strategy that aligns with business objectives.
- Manage and administer all aspects of the annual reward cycle, including pay reviews, bonuses, and long-term incentive plans.
- Develop and maintain grading methodologies and matrices to ensure fair and equitable compensation practices.
- Provide key data and analysis to inform compensation and benefits decisions, ensuring that employee packages are competitive and in line with market conditions.
- Lead benchmarking, research, and analysis of compensation and benefits programs to identify trends and emerging legislation.
- Ensure that compensation and benefits plans remain compliant, market competitive, and fit for purpose.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits, including reward and recognition schemes.
- Support employee development through various program setups and monitoring.
- Collaborate with HR tools, including Talentsoft, SAP, and Zellis, to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
- 2 years' experience in a Reward/Compensation and Benefits role.
- Familiarity with a variety of reward concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Experience working with IT systems and data management.
- Enhanced knowledge and skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and prioritize workloads to achieve deadlines.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to a broad spectrum of individuals.
- Excellent numeric skills and experience with Talentsoft would be an advantage.
