Job Summary:

The NatWest Group is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Data Programme Manager to join its Risk & Finance Data Transformation (RFDT) programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team through the project lifecycle, setting team objectives, and carrying out individual assessments.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in reporting, project management, and change management. They should also possess experience in delivering strategic projects, ideally data related, and have a collaborative approach to building productive relationships with stakeholders, colleagues, and senior managers.

The successful candidate will identify, track, manage, and mitigate project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies. They will also develop plans for the delivery of a strategic reporting capability and execute plans aligned to the wider RFDT business case.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £65,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the level of expertise required.
