Job Title: Business Development and Relationship Manager
Location: Office-Based
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (1 hour break)
Lending Bridge is a leading name in the financial industry, specializing in unregulated bridge loans. We provide tailored bridge loan solutions that help our clients achieve their goals swiftly and efficiently.
As a Business Development and Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our company's growth by expanding our network of brokers and driving new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will encompass relationship building, administrative duties, and meticulous attention to detail. This is an office-based role where you will be provided with the necessary tools for success, including a laptop and work phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deal Management: Oversee existing deals, ensuring smooth progression and completion, with a keen eye for detail throughout the process.
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to build and strengthen connections within the broker community.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Business Development and Relationship Management, ideally within the financial or lending sector.
- Proficient in the use of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
