About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, global environment and support the delivery of talent development and learning projects. As a Learning and Development Administrator, you will work collaboratively with our L&D Business Partners and other stakeholders to create and implement learning initiatives that drive engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of talent development and learning projects, including creating and updating project and communications plans.
  • Maintain, update, and promote our Learning Experience platform to ensure content remains dynamic and relevant to emerging business needs.
  • Lead on the communication and marketing plan for learning, maintaining and updating communication channels with the support of our internal communications team and L&D Business Partners.
  • Promote learning initiatives, programmes, career pathways, and stories to increase awareness of career development opportunities at the firm and support the development of a learning culture.
  • Be the central point of contact for our Learning Champions network, keeping them engaged and informed and empowered to support the learning team to increase awareness of learning opportunities and encourage engagement across the firm.
Requirements
  • Experience of supporting the delivery of global talent projects.
  • Experience of operating in a fast-paced, commercial environment within a global organisation.
  • Demonstrable organisational and planning skills.
  • Strong technology skills – learning platforms, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Strong and persuasive writer with a flair for writing engaging and promotional communications.
