ABOUT THE ROLE

As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for leading by example and embodying company values to inspire your team members, while embracing change and rising to the challenges that this role presents. You will support your line manager in developing your team to be proactive, investigate and resolve every question or complaint, and if things don't go as planned, you will be confident to step in and take ownership. You will monitor and report on customer feedback and insights to support your Line Manager in spotting trends and improving customer satisfaction and loyalty to drive business growth. Your personality and experience will enable you to guide, coach and develop your team to collaboratively achieve high performance and standards. As technology continues to evolve, so does TUI. By providing you with the best tools, you will build your knowledge to understand our customers and adapt your style to help answer questions from both customers and colleagues. Drive your team to exceed company sales and service objectives, also known as 'Smashing your Targets' in our retail environment.

ABOUT YOU

A proven passion for delivering excellent customer service and leading by example. A confident and fun motivator with the drive to exceed targets and overcome challenges. Skilled mentor to support your Line Manager in developing your team and retaining talent. Develop a fair and inclusive management style that understands our people are our most valuable asset. An organised individual who takes pride in their work and ownership of their development. Confident to balance accounts, comply with company policies and procedures, and jointly responsible for managing every aspect of the store. Flexibility to work variable shift patterns each week, including evenings and weekends, in line with customer demand and shop opening times. Shift patterns are normally shared four weeks in advance.
